How we pack our fish
Our fish is carefully packed in a poly bin with an ice pack to keep it nice and cool. We then label it and wrap the whole thing in plastic just in case there are any leaks.
You can be confident that your fish will reach you in tip top condition. Of course if you are not happy with the products you receive from us, please give us a call and we’ll sort things out for you with a refund, a replacement or some vouchers.
