Baked Pineapple Salmon Side February 24, 2025
Layering pineapple circles under the salmon adds a sweet citrus flavour to the salmon that is just unbeatable. Giving the salmon a quick broil at the end of cooking gives the marinade a chance to caramelize, creating an incredible flavour and texture. Check out the original recipe here.
